- Proficient：Design Multiplayer 3D interact environment. Including models of environments, characters, clothes.

- Team Player：Ability to work with product manager, developers.

- Passion：Have passion for creating new products and sensitivity to the user experience.

- Responsible： Completing the project goal on time.

- Experience with Maya, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop

- Be familiar with Unity
