職缺描述
• Product quality management including failure rate analysis, suspect quality issue escalation and follow-up for solutions
• Technical support to customers, ASPs, and internal colleagues
• Create technical document for ASPs including repair introduction or SOP
• Build troubleshooting guide and FAQ for internal and external users
• Project-base system and process improvement
職務需求
• 3~5 years related experience in the fields of FAE or Technical Support
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• With mobility for business trip
• Experienced in system development or system integration will be a plus
