• Modelling business processes for data monetization potential (myViewBoard Insights) and identifying opportunities for process improvements​.
• Creating functional specifications for myViewBoard Insights​.
• Implementing and testing of proposed functional specification on myViewBoard Insights​.
• Analyze business and user behavioral data and deliver insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements
• Support business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis
• Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making
• Simplifying information and deciphering data science technical jargon so it is easily understood by stakeholders
• Data-driven marketing (MarTech) mindset, able to collect, analyze, and turn data performance into practical business proposals
