- Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to ViewSonic customers.
- Being an advocate for our customer, understand how they use ViewSonic services, and providing valuable feedback to internal teams.
- Assisting with customer communication during ViewSonic critical launches and support events.
- Conduct and update internal knowledge library.
- Excellent communicator, proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel.
- Effective customer handling with strong conflict resolution, and problem solving skills.
- Able to master new skills quickly and adapt to a collaborative & fast paced environment.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
- Preferably 3+ work experience in customer service, customer management, or technical support.
