[Responsibilities]

- Help your engineers grow their skills and experience.

- Author project plans for epics.

- Run agile project management processes.

- Foster technical decision-making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary.

- Forming a strong and trusted relationship with the Product Owner.

- Work across teams to define efficient solutions and strategies to create cohesive implementation across products.

- Actively working with development team members, architects, and team leaders to identify, trial, and implement process improvement ideas.

- Analyze user stories and design the system architecture.

- Review technical specifications and system design to meet business requirements.

- Rapidly iterate and release products to react to the change in business.

- Aware of security and data protection processes.

- Actively acknowledge the optimization of the service for performance and scalability.

[Qualifications]

- Minimum 5 years experience in programming languages, such as Golang or Php.

- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role with current technical experience.

- Familiar with micro-services architecture and server-side technologies.

- Experienced working with SQL and NoSQL databases. (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, RedisDB, etc.)

- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.

- Embrace Agile/Scrum.

[Nice to Have]

- Understand basic front-end technologies, full-stack engineering experience is a plus.

- Experience with DevOps knowledge and infrastructure architecture.

- Experienced working with RESTful API Framework.
