Looking for a Community Manager with experience moderating Discord, Twitch, Reddit, or other community & forum channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management: Manage VIVERSE's Discord Server also other community channels. Keep internal and external informational resources up to date in an environment of rapid iteration. Work closely with the team to write and disseminate critical information about feature updates as well as bug-related issues as they arise.

• Community Building: Take ownership of setting up community activities such as the AMA series and other initiatives. Onboard new users and ensure their continued engagement with VIVERSE while promoting a vibrant community culture.

• Customer Insights: Since you are the one who closes the users most, this individual will not only be the point of contact for responding to individual customer complaints/inquiries but will cluster them into trends for the team to understand

• Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team and other teams to deliver on company goals.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously in an unstructured start-up environment

• 3+ years of community/social media experience in gaming or similar entertainment industries required.

• Proven history of maintaining and developing an online community

• Good command of English, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a native speaker is a plus.

• A global mindset: someone who has worked internationally or had experience managing a global community.

• Knowledge and passion for VR, metaverse, DAOs, and Web3.

• Ability to maneuver social media tools to glean trends, statistics, and insights.

• Experience presenting data-driven community insights to team members.

• Professionally represent the company's core values and mission when interacting with external parties

• Strong work ethic, and ability to work closely with, and collaborate effectively with other teams
