主要工作說明:

1. 協助技術難度高的專案結案，協助回答客戶以及海外業務的技術諮詢。

2. 協助評估專案規格以並且進行專案整體方案規劃，包含系統面設計以及詳細技術細節。

3. 協助客戶銷售前評估以及任何技術問題，並協助客戶找到最佳方案。

4. 協助依據專案及客戶需求將標準化產品客製化，提供最優使用者體驗。

5. 依照專案需求到場進行 Proof of concept 產品實地演示並且實地進行產品前期規畫評估。

6. 製作公司最新技術的專業教育訓練教材並且實地跟廠商夥伴進行教育訓練。

7. 協助海外分公司人員專業技術問題並且訓練海外技術人員。

8. 本工作有極高機會可以海外出差並且親自與所有用戶實地討論產品規格，協助解決產品技術問題。

Job Description:

1. Manage technically complicated projects, handle technical inquiries from customer and company’s overseas technical personnel.

2. Identify project requirements, and achieve optimal project solution by providing system level designs.

3. Provide consultation for pre-purchase inquiries and design problems.

4. Customize products according to project requirements and customer/tender demand.

5. Onsite support of proof of concept demonstration and engage in actual site surveys in cases when needed.

6. Develop sales kit & training materials for latest products and technology.

7. Transfer HQ knowledge to branch office’s technical knowledge.

8. Travel abroad and assist partners and customers with technical expertise and offer essential technical knowledge.

With the potential to become team leader:

1. Manage and lead a team of project managers / project engineers to achieve goals.

2. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and assess performance.

3. Guide team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance. VIVOTEK will provide complete training for technology and product line. A full training for presentation/ presentation preparation skills are also part of the training.

4. Deliver visions and values treasured by VIVOTEK and build cultures for your own teams.

1. At least 5 years experience as Project Manager or Project Engineer or Field Application Engineer in CCTV security or related industry is preferred.

2. A good team player and good at cross-department communication

3. Spanish/Portuguese language is a plus.
