Job Description:
- Formulate the Specifications, correlation/mapping of the Antenna related 3GPP/customer-specific Radio Specifications into the realizable topology, architecture, realizable antenna hardware.
- Design, architect, configure & integrate the mMIMO 5G-NR BS Antenna sub-system for VVDN internal and external stake holders/customers.
- Address the key dependencies in the Software-Antenna beam-forming/shaping/RET design, control related aspects.
- Formulate and realize antenna feed network related to mMIMO antenna.
- Correlate the Radio Field N/W Deployments related to Antenna aspects.

Major Deliverables:
- To collect technical information required in order to carry out the responsibilities.
- Articulate relevant antenna solutions, capabilities and offering to address customer needs in mMIMO BS Antenna sub-system.
- Engage with the Products/Solutions & BD team, third party vendors and other relevant staff to build technical solution proposals which help deliver customer requirements.
- Provide help to solution architect team to specify test cases as per customer requirements/specifications. Based on the selected technology should be able to design, propose an optimal solution.

Skills and Experiences:
- Experience in Designing Massive Mimo Radios (32T32R, 64T64R)
- Experience in Beam-forming Technology
- Understanding of Massive Mimo RF and Antenna Elements
- Experience with mMIMO 5G-NR Antenna Consulting, Requirements Mapping, Compliance Matrix, Design, Testing and Validation aspects for Global Product Deployment.
- 10 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications:

- MS/PhD Degree in EE/CS/CE (Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/Communication Engineering).
- Understanding of RF/Microwave Antenna Transmission & Propagation methodologies
Exposure and expertise in the Antenna standards, such as: CTIA, BASTA, AISG, 3GPP, IEEE 802.11, etc.
- Understanding and exposure to Antenna Simulation EDA tools like HFSS/CST/ADS/MWOffice-Cadence etc. Hands-on with Antenna Anechoic chamber test aspects, test and measurements.
- A technical team leader with good Communication & Presentation skills with business acumen to propose enhancements in the products & the methodologies.
