Manage the key global/local accounts sales and grow market share & revenue
Plan and manage promotion campaigns with our key digital partners and product updates
Benchmarking & Performance Tracking on all services
Bring new ideas to better serve the key accounts effectively
Work with Research & Analysis team to review our performance and ensure the relevant data are available and presented accurately and effectively
Work with digital marketing to have the latest and newest account servicing pro option/marketing ideas to stay ahead of competition
Work closely with Marketing team for seeding our key priorities and other focus contents on Digital Partner’s key playlists, to ensure the regional priority is implemented successfully
Manage weekly Stream Report to provide to the Regional office
Manage weekly newsletter that contains prioritized artists/ tracks and highlighted marketing and promotional campaign points and provide it to the DSPs to pitch playlists/tracks to be seeded.
Manage and provide banners of priority releases to the DSPs to pitch exposure and support from DSPs.
Maintain and update tracks on main playlists on a weekly basis and initial campaigns to drive streams.
Localize Spotify HTPO advertising and campaigns
Participate in DSP’s conference call meetings such as Apple Music and present our prioritized local campaigns and events to them.
Localize and manage key regional campaigns with the Regional office
Working with Research and Analysis and based on Performance tracking to provide insight to which artists / campaigns Taiwan should be focused on
Requirements
Experienced in establishing partnership or maintain good relationship with clients/vendors\
Able to work independently to drive change and be innovative
Able to work in a team environment and proactively communicate ideas and even changes to lead a more successful product campaign
Strong drive to achieve desired business results, self-motivated with high level of initiative
