Job Description

Job Summary:

As part of the IoT solution team, Project Specialist, D&T, IoT Product and Compliance participate in the design, development and support of West IoT solutions with a focus on project/product management, processes, compliance and communication.

He/She will work with an international team to bring the power of IoT in the Pharmaceutical space, contributing to a more efficient production as well as developing West Pharma Digital Health products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own projects tracking and work with the team to ensure good visibility and communication
  • Support projects validation process for GxP & Medical software regulation
  • Produce and maintain high quality documentation for both compliance and support/training
  • Support senior member to translate product strategy into stories and requirements
  • Gain a deep understanding of West products and markets actors & external offerings
  • Collect feedback to identify improvement point and generate new ideas to grow offering value
  • Work with QA, testing and development teams to ensure quality development and processes
  • Support senior roles to define roadmap and track progresses
  • Other duties as assigned



Physical and Travel Requirements

  • Less than 10% travel, including international and within Asia Pacific
  • Flexibility to work with teams in different time zones (incl. Evening meetings)

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or project management field preferred
  • 3+ years of related work experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication oral and written skills
  • Proven experience as product and/or project manager related role in an agile environment
  • Experience with ticket tracking systems (eg. Jira or Azure DevOps)
  • Good understanding of IoT space technologies
  • Experience as technical writer a plus
  • Regulatory experience a plus
  • Excellent organization skills with ability to organize task and team communication efficiently
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; use sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times
