Candidate will be reporting directly to Chief Marketing Officer and responsible for the daily operation of reputation/media/corporate topics, including corporate content development, media relationship, news release, corporate events…etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build and enforce corporate strategic communications strategies
• Help to formulate and drive the key messages across internal teams as well as collaborate with WW regional teams on media outreach, pitching, Q&A material, messaging, etc.
• Develop content, e. g. case study, newsletter, factsheet, etc.
• Manage the key communication channels, maintain established media relations while expanding the network by building new connections to foster a favorable environment for the company
• Track and report on ROI and other metrics regarding overall strategic messages outreaches
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• More than 8 years of working experience in communications/ public relations
• A communicator with good knowledge and command of copy writing, proven track record in virtual team collaboration and project management
• Solid experience in case study development and understand the landscape of today’s communications tools and methodologies
• Understand new technology quickly and know how it impacts our TA
• Proven ability to lead and motivate in a matrixed environment
• Excellent communication/presentation skills in both Chinese and English
• Ability to hands-on work with a “Can-Do” attitude
• Self-motivated, tactful, fast-paced, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Understanding of metaverse or ICT industry experience is a plus
