HR Communication and Marketing

Job Description

  • Craft and edit communications related to employee engagement that reflect appropriate tone and strategy - such as: organizational communication channel, team collaboration IM, event announcements, etc.
  • Support in the creation of organizational development strategies focusing on leadership, team building and employee engagement.
  • Aid in evaluating feedback from multiple channels to strengthen connections and improve morale and studio growth.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify actionable insights and anticipate emerging organizational needs.
  • Track participation and event management/coordination of a variety of programs and initiatives.
  • Social Media content generation, copywriting, etc. serving content delivered from corporate channels or created in line with TA(Talent Acquisition) objectives and posting from TA or for others to share e.g. TA and Hiring Managers/Interviewers.
  • Ownership of recruiting channel effectiveness.
  • Replying to social engagement (ex: Linkedin comment reply, Cake Resume QnA)
  • Creation and management of 'social schedule' for business sectors (dev conference, startup meetups, and other opportinities)
  • Ensuring alignment of tone and voice with Refinitiv brand voice.
  • Activation of recruitment campaigns for business sectors.
  • Liaison with Chief of Studio and Team Leads to support specific hiring needs and focus.
  • Work collaboratively with Team Leaders, HR, Executives, and Chief of Studio.

        -Prior work experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Strategy, Client facing roles or Technology Development roles are preferred. -Proven social media marketing records. -Innovative mindset and interested in developing HR practices that drive business outcomes. -Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. -Self-starter who can work in ambiguous environments. -Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency. -Collaborative mindset. -Strong interest and passion for developing and implementing Human Capital strategy. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Analytics skills a plus. -Openness and positive character, like sunshine in the winter.
