Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s goals, challenges, and needs, and proactively identify opportunities to drive value and growth from both technical & business perspectives
  • Collaborate with solution engineering to build creative solutions to solve our customer’s problems
  • Collaborate closely with the wider BD team to onboard new customers, drive adoption of our products or services, and expand customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as product, finance, customer success, support, engineering and marketing as needed to support our customers’s needs
  • Utilize CRM on a daily basis to ensure meetings, opportunities, notes, and pipeline are consistently up-to-date



Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment instruments.
  • Prior experience with web3 and/or cryptocurrency projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Being up to date with trends in blockchain technology & its applications
  • Advanced in English is a must, fluency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
  • Be open to feedback and willing to provide feedback to colleagues and leadership
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively working in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient using CRM software (Salesforce) and collaboration tools like Slack, Discord, Telegram
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Google Sheet, Slides, Doc etc).
