總公司成立於2002年，位於美國洛杉磯，主要經營由派對用品、婚禮佈置及時尚家居等電商網站。
台灣分公司主要負責技術開發、UI/UX以及數據分析應用，在鼓勵創新及包容錯誤的自由風氣下，追求符合未來趨勢與現代化的消費型態。

目前辦公室位於中正區武昌街Alife，在活潑的共享空間一隅有屬於我們自己的獨立辦公室；扁平化組織，致力於幫每位員工找到能夠發揮自己舞台，「能夠接受錯誤與不完美」算是公司的核心風格，因為我們相信遇到錯誤與不完美我們才能幫助每個人成長。

除了團隊內的協力之外，我們也需要和美國母公司、甚至是其他各國團隊溝通合作，所以基礎的英文對話與書信溝通是每個職位的必備條件，偶爾會因為時差需要早起（八九點）開會，或是突然有緊急錯誤需要修正在下班後的時間需要上線處理，但以上的發生頻率都不高，敬請安心。
