I have over 10 years working experience in managment/administrative, caretaking, production, manufacturing and many other fields. I have worked places that require a very high level of attention to detail. I am very personable and my ability to talk to people is one of my best traits.
Responsible for building signs using various materials. Daily I would use tools to cut vinyl, lay it to a material, squeegee it down to make sure there were no air bubbles. This required an incredible amount of attention to detail and improvisation. Worked on site installing. Worked in a team with 3 other people and had to work together daily to achieve the goals of the company.
I had a channel on Twitch.tv for a few years, which is basically running your own business. I had to learn how to develop an online community, created consistent content, communicated with consumers daily and had to make them feel welcome and developed and maintained an online presence.
Took care of terminally ill grandfather while grandmother worked to keep insurance. Set and maintained very strict schedules for medication and doctor visits. Developed great communication skills talking to doctors and nurses every day. I look back on this job as a blessing as it taught me a lot and I was able to spend every day until his last with my grandfather.
This was a contracted position through the program. I got placed with the director as an assistant. Less than one month into the 3 month contract, the director was terminated and they did not hire another one. I took on the directors responsibilities for the remainder of the contract. I did payroll, on-boarding interviews, job placements, job site safety checks, attended a leadership conference, administrative duties, completely changed the filing system and passed an audit from the state government and managed around 15 youth in the program.
