A business graduate of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, Curtis Olson provides strategic vision as the principal investor, chair, and chief executive officer of Nexus Development in Santa Ana. Since joining Nexus Development Corporation in 1981, Curtis Olson has supported the development and disposition of more than 3 million square feet of real estate and successfully expanded the business throughout Orange County.

In addition to overseeing all real estate transactions and business affairs, Mr. Olson manages the Nexus Development real estate sales team. He is a former commercial broker with Grubb and Ellis in Newport Beach, a role that provided experience completing various real estate transactions.

Curtis Olson is a member of several golf organizations throughout Southern California. He has affiliations with Big Canyon Country Club, Bel-Air Country Club, Driftwood Golf Club, and Chileno Bay Golf and Beach Club. Also a fan of boating, he maintains membership with the Newport Harbor Yacht Club.
