Current Position: Project Management Officer
As PMO I provide assistance to the project manager in improving the project management process. I define an efficient schedule, monitore the ressources allocation and control the costs.
It covers activities such as:
-Establishing operational planning to manage the activities within a year
-Organising the master plan to clarify the vision on a long term project
-Designing workload schedule tools to assist the project manager with the task assignment

It requires curiosity and versatility to understand, regardless to its complexity, the project's specifications. It equally demands an attitude of detachment to understand every actor's problematic and adapt the process consequently.
