A. VR Video Product UX Design and Project Management 

    Conducted user research using competitor analysis to find trend of UI and key features 

    Designed UI that enables user to navigate easily in VR environment (HTC patent),    

    Proposed VR video strategies by collecting market insights and BI data 

B. Viveport User Experience Enhancement Proposal 

    Evaluated Viveport store by using competitor analysis and heuristic evaluation   

    Coordinated with RD team to share the evaluation results and UX methods
