Hi, I am working in Quanta Computer corp. I mainly using C/C++ in Windows and ubuntu for the development. I have participated with the project development and maintenance of automatic assembly line with robot arm supported with 3D vision. 1. Participate Industrial automation development project.
- Participate the development of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) control application in Ubuntu.
- Participate SLAM algorithm & Lidar evaluation.
2. Help QA team synchronize the information with the cooperative enterprise.
- Meeting with the RDs of cooperative enterprise to understand the requirements and learn how to use their tool.
- Prepare courses to teach QA teams using the tool to fulfill the mission.
LIPS Corp., Software engineer, Sep 2017 ~ Aug 2020
1. Maintaining the program for 3D camera automatic quality checking.
- Add function that checks serial numbers and firmware version.
- Merge two branches of test tool: transmission with USB and TCP.
2. Porting programs from Windows to Linux/Android.
- Porting a hand gesture detection program into Android app.
- Using JNI to implements C/C++ lib in Android.
3. Build a Server to receive data from multiple TCP route cameras.
4. Participated in an automation assembly line project.
- Construct a workflow for synchronizing all part in assembly line.
- Implements libraries of SLMP (Seamless Message Protocol), which is
used on PC-PLC communication.
- Make a program as control center for transmitting data and synchronize
between PC/robot arm/conveyor by TCP socket.
5. Cooking Path Planning Algorithm for automated glue sprayer on shoes outsoles/midsoles.
- Using openCV to process point cloud information.
- Improve old algorithm from processing wtih 2.5D to 3D.
- Refactoring old project structure into several classes.
