Technical Program Manager
- Run the New York Life account consisting of three concurrent projects and ten team members, resulting in over $1 Million in services revenue
- Work directly with NYL Insurance Solutions CIO on annual data and digital priorities and implementation strategies to support the entire organization
- Handle scoping, staffing, invoicing, and time & expense approvals
- Act concurrently as the NYL Program Manager, Digital Project Manager, and Snowflake Practice Lead
Snowflake Practice Lead
- Launched the Snowflake Practice at Sense Corp
- Lead a team in acquiring 17 Snowflake Certifications and successfully contracting over $1 Million in Snowflake Services within one year
- Collaborate with Snowflake representatives and engineers to support Go-To-Market efforts by building POCs, providing price estimations, and designing new architectures
- Established Sense Corp as a Select Snowflake Partner (Currently working toward ‘Elite’ status)
Technical Project Manager
- Spearhead the Digital Strategy and Application Development Practice for the NYL Insurance Solutions division
- Led a team of 4-6 developers in developing a web and mobile application that was release to over 4,000 users with overwhelmingly positive reception (OutSystems Innovator of the Year, 2020)
- Scoped and executed an aggressive, three-month development plan for the initial release of the application and led seven additional expansions over the next two years
- Facilitate work between cross-functional teams including business, communications, security, marketing, legal, compliance, and sales
- Saved almost $1 Million annually via an award-winning Pre-screen Tool that resulted in the client sponsor being nominated for a CIO100 Award (Announcement Outstanding)
Technical Lead (ETL, Application Development)
- Led a team of developers in establishing the Data and Analytics program at New York Life, which would become known as the DNA Team
- Led the DNA Team in developing the NYL Data Warehouse from the ground up in 12 months
- Designed an ETL system that reduced daily processing time from 9.5 hours to 2 hours
- Oversaw nightly delivery processes for business users and led 24/7 triage group for any issues encountered
- Engineered a form-printing application that led to an estimated cost-savings of $2 million dollars
Technical Analyst (Data Governance, Application Development)
- Assisted in establishing the Office of the Chief Data Officer
- Fulfilled a congressional mandate that HHS create a centralized metadata repository for 36 disparate source systems
- Created scripts for identifying and logging metadata deltas between chronological versions of HHS source system data models
