Participated in the research of automated improvement methods for process compliance with Taichung Semiconductor Y Company.
Thesis topic: The business process improvement method of the crowd outsourcing system during the peak demand period.
Thesis Achievement: 11.5% of the theoretical time to improve the single delivery behavior of crowdsourcing delivery couriers in the delivery process.
Paper publication : Chinese Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Target: Mainly junior high school students. Higher vocational students are relatively sporadic.
Achievement: Recognized as the best teacher for a single month in private tutoring classes. Improve students' learning methods and establish learning motivation.
Through systematic guidance, learning methods that emphasize basic concepts, and the establishment of learning maps, students can understand and like subjects that they are not particularly interested in.
