Founder of The Verandah Group in Canada

A British Columbia, Canada-based real estate professional, Darrell Remai is the founder and visionary behind The Verandah Group. He analyzed and assembled The Verandah team based on more than 35 years of experience as a team builder and effective strategist working in Canada’s real estate development industry. Before he founded the company, Darrell Remai drove operations at Caleb Group and served as the vice president of a family real estate organization. His career achievements range from the management of a diverse hotel and apartment-complex portfolio to the design, construction, and oversight of over 1,800 residences across 19 full-service senior living communities.

Outside of his real estate activities and business operations at The Verandah Group, Mr. Remai enjoys leading a healthy, active lifestyle and is a founding member of The Partnership. A few of his favorite past times include fitness, yoga, hiking, and water skiing. He also maintains a number of more leisurely interests, such as reading and attending the theater.
