*Key responsibility is to manage member analysis in CRM team and offer analysis suggestion with data to marketing/Operation team.
*In charge of marketing automation system(Emarsys) integration project/ maintenance/ training and campaign set up.
*Offer financial forecast(before campaign) and evaluation(after campaign) for more than 10 CRM campaigns within half years with around 15M net profit.
*Cooperate with automation system vendor to create member benefits and member amount was doubled within half year(0.8M to 1.6M).
*In charge of large order mechanism project to set up large order benefits and cooperate with operation team to leverage large order sales by 10%.
