Drawing upon more than 20 years of legal experience, David Bordoni is a NY-based attorney who specializes in commercial transportation, construction liability, medical malpractice, and vehicular accidents, among other areas of law. As a partner with Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman and Dicker, David Bordoni oversees a team of attorneys primarily responsible for representing corporate clients in multi-million dollar cases. He also often speaks to clients throughout NY on behalf of the firm in regard to matters involving risk management and civil defense exposure prevention methods. 

David Bordoni has been with the firm in varying capacities since 2005, prior to which he served five years as a senior trial attorney with Cerussi & Spring, where he successfully defended multiple multi-million dollar cases on behalf of healthcare institutions and construction companies. He also worked as an assistant district attorney for five years, during which time he led the prosecution of more than 50 criminal cases involving domestic violence, burglary, attempted murder, and gang violence. Mr. Bordoni earned his juris doctor from Boston University and holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from SUNY Albany, where he was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity and the National Criminal Justice Honor Society.
