David Fleischmann Esq

David Fleischmann Esq is the president of his own law firm in New York. He received a law degree from St. John's Law School in New York and a JD from New York University School of Law in New York. By operating his own firm, David focuses on property laws, construction contracts, and commercial transactions for a variety of businesses, including real estate developers and leasing companies. David was born on April 11, 1980 in Queens, New York.

At the end of law school, Fleischmann established his own firm, David Fleischmann & Associates, LLC. Afterwards, he acquired additional experience and began his own law firm. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors' board of directors. He focuses on developing land and selling it. He is especially interested in land use and zoning laws and regulations.
