While working toward his bachelor of arts in finance at the University of Arizona in Tucson, David Gintz maintained a consistent presence on the dean’s list. After graduation, David Gintz settled in Tacoma, Washington, where he worked as an investment, finance, and acquisitions manager.

He entered the world of senior administration in 2004 when he became chief executive officer of Tacoma’s Gintz Group. Under his leadership for the next 4 years, this company concentrated on the redevelopment of multifamily residential properties in financial distress. It also completed key commercial projects, including transforming Tacoma’s Mecca Theater into a thriving mixed-use space.

David Gintz remained in Washington for a total of 15 years, overseeing real estate lending and construction operations in Gig Harbor and Cle Elum, as well as Tacoma. Since relocating to Eagle, Idaho, he has served as a manager with Cedar and Sage Homes. He also directs acquisitions and finance for this high-end housing development company.
