The president and chief executive officer of DGP Miles Insurance Agency in Taunton, MA, David Pietro draws on 30 years of experience to lead the full-service, independent agency in providing a range of coverages and risk management services. Committed to developing long-term relationships with clients, he helps identify potential risk and limits exposure to losses. Since joining the firm, David Pietro of Sandwich, MA, has created a number of programs, including a directors and officers liability program for Northeast Public Power Association and MA Municipal Wholesale Electric Co.

Under Mr. Pietro’s leadership, DGO Miles Insurance Agency maintains membership in the AON Specialty Product Network, which facilitates access to a broad range of worldwide specialty insurance products. He also created the New England Franchisee Association, a workers compensation program, and is a business partner of the Iroquois Group, a general agency that maintains facilities across the country.

A graduate of American International University in Springfield, Massachusetts, Mr. Pietro holds a bachelor of arts in business, along with licenses in life insurance, property, casualty, accident, and health.
