Led and contributed to airline mobile app and data integration projects, including creating transformative digital passenger experiences for airline and rail customers globally. Provided clear and consistent communication on project updates and impacts to project and digital services management teams. Prioritized features, user stories, and bugs for upcoming sprints and groomed product backlog based off business needs and feedback from product manager.
