Boca Raton, Florida-Based Business Executive Davor Rom

As a student at Cincinnati’s Anderson High School, Davor Rom competed on both the basketball and soccer teams. His accomplishments on the soccer field earned him all-city and all-state player designations. In the classroom, he maintained a consistent presence on the honor roll. Davor Rom subsequently attended Ohio University in Athens, where he earned a bachelor of business administration with a minor in psychology in 2005.

Davor Rom went on to establish himself as a leader in the real estate industry. Since 2008, he has served as president of Assets Unlimited, an umbrella company he founded consisting of several small businesses that primarily produce income from residential real estate transactions. Mr. Rom’s responsibilities with Assets Unlimited include spearheading strategic planning for each of these businesses, supervising daily operations, and handling a range of professional relationships. Over the years, Assets Unlimited has acquired more than 600 distressed properties, developed them, and sold them for a profit.
