End to end recruitment process owner for the whole Research & Development Sector in AUO, from enacting yearly recruitment plan, new position/replacement recruitment, project-based key talent headhunting, to campus recruitment project.

  • Yearly recruitment plan: approximately 250 people to recruit per year according to new headcount policy and turnover rate estimation, doing demographic analysis to target candidates of different seniority and their corresponding recruitment actions
  • Daily recruitment: positions including software, algorithm, firmware, hardware, mechanical, optical, process engineers
  • Key Talent headhunting project: sourcing and approaching talents with critical skills which is aligned with corporation transformation via LinkedIn, while also cooperating with headhunters to widen talent pools

  • Campus recruitment project: design a thorough on-site short interview flow to expedite the whole campus recruitment efficiency. This on-site interview flow was implemented at job fairs.
