【關於我】 

「樂於嘗試新鮮事物、敢於向未知發起挑戰」這是我對生活的態度。您好,我是黃琳晏,畢業於國立高雄大學東亞語文學系-越南語組,喜歡充實、有挑戰的生活,願意不斷的學習,曾任職過電商平台、紡織業務及服務業門市人員,從中培養各式實戰經驗。特質是抗壓性強、勇於接受挑戰。目前任職於趨勢科技的技術支援部門,部門助理。   


【工作經歷】  

2017/12-至今 趨勢科技股份有限公司 (資訊業)技術支援部門助理專員 


目前任職的部門是技術支援部門,工作內容是負責一線跟客戶相關的事項,主要負責統整歸類出客戶對於公司產品的各項意見、PSP客戶 Call-out Survey、製作週期性客戶案件報表整理與分析及客戶與會簡報,也需要隨時處理主管所交代的事物。除了所屬部門工作內容外,另外也會支援公司對外重要活動現場,例如資安大會、資訊展來擔任工作人員,引導客戶進入攤位來認識公司的產品內容。 

這份工作需要特別細心來整理數據來製作報表,將文件檔案的數據加以分析並且製作成簡報供工程師向客戶簡報,並且能隨時隨地的來完成主管的需求;另外因為是技術支援部門,常會有跨部門的支援,因此溝通能力也是截然必要的。


2017/5~2017/9 東肯企業有限公司 (紡織業)國外業務專員 


公司是外銷ODM、客製化的紡織業,是垂直的業務模式,當接到客戶需求時,就得從找尋紗材到運算成本、樣品打樣、ERP資料輸入及貿易系統來建檔,並寄送打樣單到工廠端讓生管來安排生產,包辦了整個生產流程,同時也擔任客戶及工廠間的溝通橋梁,要不斷的關心追蹤產品的生產進度,本身是負責歐美線的部分,包含英語系的國家,如澳洲與馬來西亞。 

這段經驗因為同時面對顧客以及工廠,需要自己垂直整合了所有事情;所以也更需要細心、耐心以及責任感來做好每一個環節,而需同時經手多位客戶,也更加地運用到多工的能力,活用如何在現有的時間內做好每一件事情。


2016/9~2017/4 安瑟數位股份有限公司 (行車紀錄器經銷商) 行銷業務助理 


起初是研究行車紀錄器以及電商平台在越南市場的普及度,透過越南語與英語,於各大越南電商平台搜尋統整,分析評估行車紀錄器在越南行銷可行性,但老闆評估後發現不適合發展,因此職務便轉往行銷業務助理;轉變職務後,主要工作內容是在國外電商網站來找尋開發新商品販售的可能性,並分析商品在台灣的銷售狀況;另外同時也負責各大電商平台的訂單出貨管理以及上下架商品,以及客人送回的商品維修建檔,商品庫存報表處理及在網站平台進行產品推廣。


這份工作接觸到電子商務平台的領域,瞭解到網購平台是如何處理運作,包括產品的上下架,文案等;而因為會直接對應到客人的客訴問題,所以藉由處理過程中,懂得如何拿捏及和客人溝通應對。 


2014/7~2014/8 越南台商公司實習經驗—宏福實業集團(製鞋業) 


主要在原料倉實習,負責文件口語翻譯-協助翻譯主管交代廠內員工注意事項;ERP資料帳務系統-key in料號資料、控管輸入材料進出;實際跟單送料到生產線部門-整個發料配料流程;以及倉儲內作業系統流程的整個架構。


【自我期許及願景】 

在過往的經歷中,我認為最重要的是「細心、耐心與傾聽」,因為工作中往往必須一次處理多項事情,所以每當主管交代事項時我一定細心銘記,而面對客戶時,更要耐心處理與仔細傾聽需求,每一次和客人的應對都是讓我不斷成長和向上的寶貴經驗。無論是在求學或工作階段,我都保持高度的行動力與執行力,而未來,我也能以積極的態度去執行各項工作。

【ABOUT ME】  

This is Lainny ! ‘’Willing to try new things and dare to challenge the unknown’’ This is the attitude that I face to the live. Hello! This is Lainny, I graduated from National Kaohsiung University, degree in the Department of East Asian Languages and Literature, majored in Vietnamese. Enjoy the challenge life and pursue new things, I had the experience of E-Commerce, Textile business and Information technology industry, which made me get more practical experience. Now I am the Technical Support Assistant of TrendMicro.

【WORK EXPERIENCE】  

I graduated from National Kaohsiung University , degreed in the Department of East Asian Languages and Literature , majored in vietnamese . I got the certification of vietnamese, GEPT High-Intermediate Level and the TOEIC 810 score. When I was in the 3rd of the university, I went to Vietnam as an exchange student for one semester , and had an experience of internship at the Company Adora for two months in Vietnam , that is a Taiwanese company that subcontract and manufacture shoes .The work I shouldered in the company was translated document , understood course of storehouse and the manufacture of raw material. This was really an unforgettable experience for me, as it was the chance let me use the thing I learned in the life ,and trained me to get over all difficulties aboard by myself. 


After graduation, my first job was working in the dealer of driving recorder ,and the position was sales assistant ,the major work was products launch ,deal with the orders , establish the product maintenance database . This work let me have the chance to know how operation the E-commerce and handle with the customers , and made me know how to interact with the customers more appropriately.


And the second work was in the Export textile company, as the company has its own factory; therefore , the work the sales do is different from the others , I should communicate with the customers and the factory , to calculate the cost , plan the products schedule, and make the suitable product for the client ,I must be a bridge between the factory and the customer ,therefore I need more patient , careful and cautious. During the time I played the role as the sales specialist , The more important thing was ‘’patient ,careful and cautious’’. Because the sales must to do lots things in the limited time , and the chances every time I Interacted with the customers were making me progress. 


The job I do now is the Technical Support Assistant, I am responsible for analyzing and compiling informations for customer case reports , making general documentation preparation for the monthly reports,calling survey with customers ,and assisting manager with other general duties. It made me provide with communication skills , and be trustworthiness since I often have access to manage sensitive informations ; and as I regularly handles more than one task at a time ,so boost mine multitasking skills become strongly .


【SELF EXPECTATION AND VISION】 

During the time I played the role before, I thought the more important thing was ‘’patient ,careful and cautious ’’. Because the sales must to do lots things in the limited time,and the chances every time I Interacted with the customers were making me progress. No matter during the school or in the previous work, I always keep with activity and patience ,and I will do my best to fulfill the goals, conquer challenges, and solve all kinds of problems.
