I am a senior UX designer with more than 6 years of experience in digital services design and have led more than 5 project members in collaborating on projects. Having worked for many large companies, I am familiar with cross-departmental coordination and integration of resources from multiple parties.
I am good at adapting to different internal organizational cultures with different clients. Through appropriate design activities, such as, stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, workshops, etc., I help clients define vague business goals into executable product backlogs, and through agile or waterfall project management methodologies, I help clients execute projects collaboratively as a team. UX/UI Design

Usability Testing
After product development is complete, usability testing is conducted to ensure that the design meets the needs of the target users. My R&R includes planning the research method and user tasks, writing a draft for user interviews, recruiting users, filtering out qualified interviewees through phone interviews, and conducting post-interview discussions.
Data analysis
By embedding and tracking GA code to analyze conversion rates, sessions, bounce rates, traffic... and other data to understand user behavior when interacting with the product and then further improve the product through user research and usability testing.
