Algorithm for structural pairwise alignment of given two biological sequences, Jul 2014 - Mar 2015

Biological sequence (protein, DNA, RNA) is made up from several structure, based on their functionality or evolution. Research is to find exact algorithm to align two biological sequences structurally with weights given to each structures, this should give optimum score for the alignment with minimum time complexity.
