An experienced consultant specializing in executive-level strategic advice, Dominic O'Dierno serves as the chief executive officer of Amare, a consulting firm based in Portland, Oregon. Among his services, Dominic O'Dierno offers assistance related to funding strategy, early-stage business development, investor relations, finance, strategic plan development, and general business development, from supervising real estate transactions to interfacing with legal counsel.

Prior to joining Amare in 2012, Dominic O'Dierno held the title of co-founder and senior vice president of Eid Passport, Inc., a provider of access control and identity management solutions to high-level clients, including the Department of Homeland Security and NASA. He developed the company from the ground up and, in 2012, its sales were more than $35 million. From 1991 to 2001 he worked as the vice president of Peregrine Holdings, Ltd., which he co-founded, as well as its affiliate companies. His duties included developing and implementing the company’s financial and operational strategies.
