Title:Prediction of Distribution of Chlorophyll Content for Longan Leaves Based on Hyperspectral Imaging System 

AbstractIn order to measure the color distribution of chlorophyll content in longan leaves,a non-destructive hyperspectral measurement model of chlorophyll content for lognan leaves was presented. Hyperspectral images of 300 longan leaves in 3 periods were acquired via an online hyperspectral imaging system in the spectral region of 369–988 nm.An automatic masking method was used to extract the region of interests(ROIs).The principal component analysis (PCA) , multidimensional scaling (MDS), locally-linear embedding (LLE), isometric mapping (Isomap) and laplacian eigenmaps (LE) manifold learning algorithms were applied to extract features of the original spectrum.Then the extracted features were utilized to establish different SVR (support vector machine regression) models to predict the chlorophyll content in the longanleaves , respectively. The deep learning model sparse auto-encoder (SAE) was also used to predict the chlorophyll content separately. Finally, according to the performance of these models, the best model was used to measure the distribution of chlorophyll content in longan leaves.The best model is PCA-PSO-SVR, whose Rc² and RMSEc were 0.9798 and 0.1203, respectively. The overall results demonstrated the potentiality of hyperspectral imaging as a non-destructive method to obtain the content and distribution of chlorophyll content in longan leaves.And deep learning model could be effectively used to predict the chlorophyll content.

Note:This is a paper to be published.The title of his thesis will be close to the research title above. The machine learning model may be extended to the decision system in his thesis.
