With over a decade of financial services experience, Donald Sanya has served as a managing director at RBC Global Asset Management since 2014. Focusing on institutional sales, Donald Sanya oversees the firm’s institutional distribution efforts across the Southeastern United States.

At the firm, he has been involved in driving institutional sales efforts across various fixed income, equity and alternatives strategies. During this time, he has also served as a manager to several sales professionals and analysts.

Mr. Sanya is also a former vice president at BlackRock, where he specialized in institutional client business development. Targeting potential clients across the US, he focused primarily in the Northeast and Southeast regions, looking to develop consultative partnerships with corporate and public pensions, endowments, and foundations.

A summa cum laude graduate of Gordon College, Donald Sanya earned a bachelor of arts in business administration and economics, with a minor in mathematics. He subsequently obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations, among other professional qualifications
