I led the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Communications & Outreach Enablement product workflow. I lead the efforts to create best-in-class communication tools, in order to help agents engage more business with less work, while providing value to clients.


Released an improved email capability giving agents an optimized set of messaging tools for every customer workflow. Landed at 90% to goal for increase in SOI (Sphere of Influence)/Past Client contacts, across all existing workflows, increasing CRM adoption by 15%.


Customers were slowed by a cumbersome content creation experience. I designed and launched a new content manager. Campaigns grew 10%, a direct indicator of increased email usage; driving an increase of CRM adoption by 5% in my first 6 months


Increased agent gift spending by 62% compared to the previous year (with only a 0.2% the number increase in agent usage YOY). This drove an increase of $1.3m in direct revenue to the company.

Outreach.io | Product Management
As a part of the Rep Experience product team, I led efforts to improve sales rep's effectiveness and help them generate revenue. I led the product vision for content creation, emailing, calendaring, and sales workflow features.
  • Launched new email, content, and multi-language support features, resulting in engagement increase by 26% (includes click-through-rate, usage, and adoption; directly ties to WAU). Generated expansion ARR of $2.1M.
  • Rebuilt the Outreach Extension for Outlook, providing Enterprise users with enhanced Outreach capabilities. Increased adoption by 5% in existing user base while generating $500k in new ARR. 
  • Designed a new model for using calendar data to enable other Outreach capabilities. Rebuilt the Calendaring service & a sales workflow feature to increase reliability (by 20%) and improve scalability (reduced CPU usage by 75% & increased throughput 20%).
