Dr. Daniel Batlan

Dr. Daniel Batlan, of Nevada, has been practicing medicine for more than thirty-five (35) years. He serves as Medical Director of Specialized Pain Management, a dedicated pain management practice that he established in Las Vegas in 2000. Since its founding, the Nevada medical clinic has consistently grown to deliver service to the Southern Nevada community in five (5) offices, and it has become one of the leading resources in the southwest for individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain. Dr. Daniel Batlan is qualified and experienced in the treatment of many disorders including low back pain, herniated (“slipped”) intervertebral disc disease, spinal stenosis and sciatica. To address these conditions, he applies a number of treatment modalities, which include effective medication management and a variety of injections, such as Epidurals, Facet Blocks and Nerve Root Blocks.


Dr. Batlan is double certified (The American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Academy of Pain Management) and he belongs to several prestigious medical societies (The Nevada State Society of Anesthesiologists, The American Society of Anethesiologists and The American Academy of Pain Management). He earned his MD degree from The Loyola University of Chicago School of Medicine before completing and an Anesthesiology Residency at the legendary Johns Hopkins Hospital and an interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the equally reknowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
