After securing his bachelor of music and his master of music with an emphasis in choral conducting at Stephen F Austin State University (SFASU) in Nacogdoches, Texas, Dr. Tod Fish embarked on his choir directing career in Seguin, Texas. Over the next 6 years, Dr. Tod Fish served tenures as director of choral activates with Seguin High and Middle Schools and leader of the church choir at the local First Presbyterian Church.

Dr. Fish subsequently enrolled at the University of Kansas (KU) in Lawrence to pursue his doctor of musical arts in choral conducting. While working toward his doctorate, he served as a KU graduate teaching assistant and the choir director of Lawrence’s Centenary United Methodist Church.

After graduating, Dr. Tod Fish directed vocal groups and programs at several different Texas high schools and religious institutions. Since 2013, he has served his SFASU alma mater as an associate director of choral activities.
