Duke Bronson is a member of family with a long, significant history in Florida and specifically in the greater Orlando, FL, region. His grandfather and his great grandfather served as members of the Florida state legislature. Duke Bronson’s great grandfather, Irlo Overstreet Bronson, sold large tracts of land to Walt Disney for his company’s Disney World theme park and resort that spread over Kissimmee and Orlando, FL. 


An accomplished student athlete, Mr. Bronson played baseball and football while completing middle school at the Lake Highland Preparatory School. He went on to play multiple sports at the First Academy. Other high school accomplishments include earning designations as an Eagle Scout and Advanced Placement scholar. 


Since August 2018, he has attended the University of Florida, where he is pursuing an undergraduate degree in agriculture business management. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting.
