Dylan Nathaniel Quint

As an assistant manager in the Building Materials Department at Menards in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Dylan Nathaniel Quint’s range of responsibilities includes generating materials estimates for customers and overseeing a team of 10 employees. Based on his own knowledge of the construction industry, as well as the experience of others in the estimating department, Dylan Nathaniel Quint provides product advice and price quotes to meet specific customer needs. He also delegates tasks to his team to ensure the highest level of departmental productivity and sales, as well as customer service. 

Dylan N. Quint attended Iowa City High, where he consistently made the Honor Roll and received the President’s Excellence Award during his years there. From 2012 to 2017, he attended the University of Iowa and completed a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. While an undergraduate, he served as a floor salesman with Menards in Iowa City and was recognized as the store’s number-one earner among part-time, commissioned employees. 

In 2017, he participated in a four-month internship with John Deere, which involved creating a software-informed model to calculate the potential movement and sway of a paint-hanging system in a company plant. 

Community involved, Dylan Quint has taken part in a number of events with Best Buddies and has visited the hospital regularly as a Kids With Cancer volunteer.
