Learned the fundamentals of Cybersecurity, common application vulnerabilities, and gained hands-on practice focused on applying defensive applications through penetration testing.
Tools used include Burp Suite, Metasploit, WireShark, SQLMap, and Chrome DevTools.
Developed skills in labs and projects using the APIs of popular apps including Tumblr, Yelp and Twitter. Worked together in small teams to build a fully original app.
Tools used include Xcode, Github, Heroku, MongoDB, Parse.

The McNair Scholars Program is intended to prepare undergraduate students for doctoral studies through involvement in hands-on research.
The LSAMP program is funded by the National Science Foundation and its aim is to increase the involvement of minorities in STEM field and to provide support with hands-on research goals.
I am developing an eye tracking device which utilizes an FPGA for image processing. My aim is to compare machine learning algorithms with pixel manipulation algorithms to compare the efficiencies of both methods
