Effie Kilmer

Business Analyst Focused on IT Systems

A business analyst based in New York City, Effie Kilmer prepared for her career by attending Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, where she studied computer information systems, finance, and global studies. While a student, Effie Kilmer also gained experience as an administrative coordinator at the Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation in New York during the summer of 2012.

Additionally, she completed three internships during her undergraduate studies. She served as a business and development intern at Morgan Stanley, a global and social responsibility and micro-finance intern at Grant Thornton, and a business systems analyst intern at Epsilon. Having made dean’s list, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University in 2015.

Following graduation, Mrs. Kilmer received a position as an IT business analyst at Sapient Consulting, a consulting firm that combines digital and technical expertise to assist organizations across diverse industries. Among her accomplishments in the role, she founded The Associates Network for the company’s young professionals and managed an offshore development team through a full agile software development lifecycle related to a post-trade cross-border exception processing web application.
