Results-Oriented Retail Manager

Throughout her career in retail management, Elizabeth Irmen has overseen daily operations and development with an eye toward optimizing the company bottom line. She has served since 2008 as the store manager for Swarovski North America's Orland Square location, which she has guided to its ranking among the company's top 10 locations nationwide. Effective in introducing loss prevention strategies and facilitating merchandise control, Elizabeth Irmen has reduced inventory shrink by 2.3 percent. 

Elizabeth Irmen comes to this role having served as store manager for Black Tie Draperies, prior to which time she led as general manager for Ethan Allen Retail's location in Wheaton, Illinois. She had previously served as district manager for Z Gallerie, through which she oversaw four stores in the greater Chicago market. 

Ms. Irmen holds a bachelor of science in business management from Indiana State University, where she focused on management/marketing and communications. She remains an active member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority's alumni chapter and is involved with the American Management Association, through which she has completed the Principles of Professional Selling program.
