關於我   About Me

       本人在家中排行老大,所以家中的事務大都是由我來負責,所以在成長過程中也培養出我的責任感和解決事務的能力。 

        大學就讀台中東海大學社會學系,在校期間,曾擔任系上的活動股成員,而當中我學到了與人溝通以及團隊合作的精神,對於我的工作有極大的幫助。而在就學期間,我曾擔任過保險業務員,它的工作內容主要在於處理許多文書資料以及檔案,老闆也時常要我們和客戶做介紹,所以我在處理檔案和銷售上都具有相當的經驗,並且對於分內的工作都能夠盡最大的努力去達成,抗壓能力強,絕不會因受到挫折而放棄,並能順應各種環境。 

        大學畢業之後先在房仲擔任業務的職位,在這份工作上讓我學會了和客戶以及對他人溝通的能力,之後轉調公司門市秘書的職位,讓我學習到更多關於電腦的操作,例如wordpowerpoint 、excel 、outlook等程式軟體也很應用自如。

        而後為了嘗試不同領域轉換跑道至客服工作,在工作上學習如何使用對話為客戶解決問題的能力,並且在過程中,學習到了如何在大量客戶詢問時以及高壓的環境下,還是能夠完整的回覆所有客戶的問題,並且順利將問題反饋給公司相關同仁,讓公司能夠處理並讓所有事情順利步上軌道。

         在與人相處的方面,我有時會參與活動,並常常能成為帶動整隊氣氛的主要人物,而在參與的過程中也有學習到許多與人相處的經驗,這使得我具備服務的熱誠以及耐心,並且能夠迅速的融入環境和人們相處。我對於自己的能力具有信心,並希望能夠為公司盡一份心力,成為 貴單位的團隊分子。

I studied in the Department of Sociology at Tunghai University. During my time at the university, I served as a member of the Department’s Activities Unit. Among them, I learned the spirit of communicating with people and teamwork, which was of great help to my work. During my studies, I served as an assistant to an insurance sales person. Its main job content is to handle a lot of paperwork and files. The boss often asks us to make introductions with customers, so I have considerable experience in handling files and sales. And can do their utmost to achieve the tasks within the division, strong ability to withstand pressure, will never give up due to setbacks, and can adapt to various environments.


After graduating from university, My first job was in the house broker business. This job taught me the ability to communicate with customers and others. After that, I transferred to the company's store secretary, allowing me to learn more about computer operations, such as word, powerpoint, excel, outlook, etc. is also very easy to use.


Then, in order to try different fields, I change to customer service work, learn how to use conversations to solve problems for customers at work, and in the process, learned how to respond completely when I have large number of customer inquiries and high pressure to solve the customers’ problems, and feedback the problems to relevant colleagues of the company smoothly, so that the company can handle and keep everything on track smoothly.


In terms of getting with people, I sometimes participate in activities and can often become the main figure driving the atmosphere of the whole team. In the process of participating, I also learn a lot of experience in getting along with others, which makes me have the enthusiasm and patience to serve. , And can quickly integrate into the environment and get along with people. I have confidence in my abilities and hope to contribute to the company and become a team member of your organization.
