Emily Austin Williams

I have over five years experience in customer service, primarily as a food and beverage server; however I have also held other positions where interfacing with clients has led to profitable sales and customer satisfaction. As an inside sales representative for Milner, Inc, I was able to set up meetings daily for prospective new clients with the outside sales crew. I made thousands of calls daily to set up introductory meetings of my team of five outside sales reps. These meetings resulted in an increase in VOIP and printer sales within the software and hardware technology industry. As the Activities Coordinator for Brush Creek Ranch, I worked with clients over the phone, email, and face to face to coordinate guest services and activities with department heads. This ensured high guest satisfaction within their vacation- I planned the day to day activities including breakfast, morning and afternoon plans, lunch, and dinner schedules of 100 guests per average week.
