Coding HTML emails in DreamWeaver which are sent using Adobe Campaign. Producing a wide range of emails including retention, acquisition, engagement, event invitations, PR campaigns, newsletters and redemptions on our retail platform (ActivePlus).

Building and updating workflows to target correct audiences.

Using KickDynamic for live and dynamic email content. Introducing it to email campaigns which has increased reader interaction.
Reporting email analytics back to stakeholders and making suggestions for improvements to campaigns. Supporting end to end campaigns or stepping in last minute to build and send for quick turn arounds.
Personally designing emails using brand guidelines, but also working alongside design agencies for larger projects.

Working closely with the social media team, making sure there is a link between my emails and their social content. Suggest and help plan content for joint campaigns.
