Host Mobile Platform
As Scrum Master to manage the project in Agile approach which is delivering a brand-new Host Mobile App as a portable CRM system to provide services for patrons. Leading the scrum team with around 20 team members. And play the role to control the timeline, cost and project dependency, etc.
Payment Gateway Replacement
As project manager to lead the project team to replace the payment gateway system of five hotels under Sands China (Sands, Venetian, Parisian, Conrad, Londoner) from MPG (MICRO Payment Gateway) to SPG (SHIJI Payment Gateway) to make sure the new system can fulfil business as the long used one without operation impact.
POS Replacement
As a secondary PM to assist the project and lead the hardware provisioning and deployment with teams for replacing more than two hundreds Point-of-Sale workstations of all properties under Sands China from MICRO POS to SHIJI POS.
