Erinn Moriarty

An experienced educator, Erinn Moriarty earned her bachelor of science in interdisciplinary social science at Florida State University. As an undergrad and for a period after she graduated, she undertook a research internship with Emerald Coast Research Associates. Erinn Moriarty also served the Florida Museum of History as a volunteer docent, in which role she created a D-Day inbound presentation that received a 2013 Presidential Award of Excellence.

In 2015, Erinn Moriarty accepted employment with Bay District Schools in Panama City, Florida. While with the district, she taught history and journalism at Palm Bay Prep Academy.

In her very first year of teaching, Ms. Moriarty achieved the highest pass rate for Advanced Placement US History. Her other accomplishments with Bay District Schools include becoming the first sponsor of National History Day and helping one of her students achieve a 1.5-point GPA boost within the duration of a single semester. Since leaving Bay District Schools in 2017, Ms. Moriarty has completed her master’s degree in social sciences and relocated to Greater Atlanta, Georgia.
