Ervil Spencer

Results-Oriented Financial Investment Executive

Banking professional and financial executive Ervil Spencer possesses more than three decades of experience in the financial consulting and investment sectors. A certified public accountant, Ervil Spencer is highly-knowledgeable in financing and debt restructuring transactions. The Harvard Business School graduate has held senior positions in some of the largest financial groups on the East Coast.

Over the course of his career, Ervil Spencer has overseen financing deals valued in excess of $14 billion dollars. After serving as a senior accountant for multi-national advisory firm Deloitte & Touche, he went on to a vice president position with TD Securities. He returned to TD Securities several years later as a director of investment banking. In this role, he advised clients on multi-million dollar transactions and strengthened corporate relationships.

Mr. Spencer later founded two private advisory firms catering to non-US residents. He is a member of the Financial Executives Networking Group and active with his local church. Outside of his work in the finance industry, he maintains a longtime interest in playing soccer.
